why can't you have one at home? fire hazard? PAH! too small? NO WAY, they make small trees ya know, I've seen 'em. in fact there are several just down the road and they're not even planted so it wouldn't be murder....sorry, I had this very discussion with my 2.5 year old back in 1996...she won, we got a tree, but I smuggled it in while she was asleep and the magical look in her eyes when she woke was totally worth losing a bit of walking space for a few weeks, Plus she could see it from her bed so she always requested the lights stay on until she was sleeping! Happy Christmas, and wishing you a chicken in the pot and a tree in your living room :)
